It is a very crunchy dish made of leftover idlies. Require a few ingredients and it is an excellent tea time snack.
Vegetable Oil for deep frying
Chat Masala/ Nariyal Chutney
Cut idlies into long slices / finger shapedHeat vegetable oil in a wok and deep fry these slices on a high flame.Serve hot after sprinkling your favourite chat masala . This can also be eaten with green chutney or nariyal chutney.
