- Musk Melon 8-10 slices
- Hemp Seeds Powder 1tbsp
- Cinnemon Powder[dalchini] 1/2 tsp
- Honey to taste
- Musk Melon Seeds 1 tbsp
- Leaving melon seeds blend everything together with 1 1/2 glass of water in a blender.Top it up with melon seeds. Consume immediately.If you wish you can add crushed ice. However I prefer it at room temperature.
