Golden Brown Onions Chili & Garlic Noodles

Like I said in my previous posts Pasta or Noodles have become staple in my home & I keep trying to make this in different healthy ways. This is one of the simplest &  Indian style & you can try this on those days when you don’t have enough time to cut & chop vegetables. Try its simple yet spicy & tasty…

INGREDIENTS:

Noodles 2 cups [ Whole wheat / Semolina]

Onion Long Sliced 1

Green Chili Finally Chopped  2-4

Garlic Finally Chopped 7-8 Pods

Ginger Finally Chopped 1/4 tsp [optional]

Mixed Herbs 1/4 tsp

Vegetable Oil 2tbsp

Agino Moto 1/4 tsp

Soya Sauce 1 tsp

METHOD:

  • Boil noodles as per instructions on pack along with some salt & agino moto. Heat a pan. Put oil in  it. Once the oil is warm add chili & garlic to it. Cook for 1 min. Add ginger & sliced onions. Cook  on slow / medium flame till the onions become golden brown.
  • Now add boiled noodles to it. Mix soya sause & herbs to it. Adjust salt. Saute well.Cook for 2-3 min on high flame. Keep sauteing. Serve hot.

Notes:

Keep adjusting the flame while cooking onions to avoid burning. Also keep stirring in between.
