Noodles 2 cups [ Whole wheat / Semolina]
Onion Long Sliced 1
Green Chili Finally Chopped 2-4
Garlic Finally Chopped 7-8 Pods
Ginger Finally Chopped 1/4 tsp [optional]
Mixed Herbs 1/4 tsp
Vegetable Oil 2tbsp
Agino Moto 1/4 tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
- Boil noodles as per instructions on pack along with some salt & agino moto. Heat a pan. Put oil in it. Once the oil is warm add chili & garlic to it. Cook for 1 min. Add ginger & sliced onions. Cook on slow / medium flame till the onions become golden brown.
- Now add boiled noodles to it. Mix soya sause & herbs to it. Adjust salt. Saute well.Cook for 2-3 min on high flame. Keep sauteing. Serve hot.
Keep adjusting the flame while cooking onions to avoid burning. Also keep stirring in between.
